A materials engineer, Marta embodies the harmonious blend of technical expertise and a passionate commitment to sustainability. With her hard hat, shaped like a crown of creativity, she doesn’t just perform LCA analyses—she uses them as a thermometer to gauge a world in need of sustainable change.

Through her enthusiasm in leading advanced projects, Marta aims to contribute to building a more sustainable future for her children and generations to come.

For Stefano, the challenge of leaving the world better than we found it first became an experience and then a profession. After nearly 15 years of research and innovation projects for companies in the energy and construction sectors, it was essential to remove all boundaries!

Being in love with LCA, he had to try to apply it everywhere! He dreams of climbing every peak he sees as it is, confident that the promised positive impacts will help slow down climate change.

His natural environment is the mountains, and he has decided to actively work to preserve them! After years of study and managing research and development in the food industry, he shifted his focus to sustainable development.

Finding solutions to problems, running through the woods, engaging in beekeeping, and cooking for his children help keep his hyperactivity in check.

An engineer specialized in environmental prevention and control methods and techniques, passionate about outdoor life, and never tired of proposing new ideas and projects. At EcoLoop, he works with clients and partners to continuously generate new virtuous loops. His mission is to leave his children a better world than he found.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering with a specialization in Sustainability and Social Impact and already has a couple of years of experience in sustainability consulting for large companies. At EcoLoop, she applies her skills and analytical mindset to deliver concrete projects with a positive environmental impact.

In her free time, she is a passionate Scout leader, enjoys running, hiking, and experimenting in the kitchen—always with vegetarian recipes, of course!

For over 10 years, he has been playing Tetris with entrepreneurial projects, trying to make the numbers work in a work environment that cares about the team’s well-being. At EcoLoop, he plays on a third level: economic and personal sustainability combined with environmental sustainability.

His favorite sport? Backpack on, traveling the world to breathe in some foreign CO₂ and transform it into new ideas.

With a degree in Management Engineering, he decided to join the EcoLoop team because he enjoys contributing to the protection of our planet. As an engineer, he loves understanding the “how it’s made” and translating it into numbers.

Outside of work, you can find him playing soccer, cycling, challenging someone to tennis, or exploring the mountains with his camera.

She can say she has already lived at least a couple of lives: the first filled with work, travel, sports, friends, and countless adventures. In the second, the main actors are two young girls, for whom she wants to demonstrate that commitment to a better world is everyone’s responsibility.

The remaining time is dedicated to marketing, where she is reworking the skills acquired in the food industry to create new projects. She is certain that more lives and new experiences are yet to come!

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design and a Master's in Publishing and Journalism.
She joined the EcoLoop team because she believes it is essential to communicate topics such as sustainability and ecology in a clear and ethical way, turning data and technical reports into information accessible to everyone, not just industry experts.

In her free time, you’ll most likely find her enjoying outdoor activities—especially hiking in the mountains or playing Ultimate Frisbee—although she also loves spending time at home, immersed in a good book for hours.
